Plumb Vendor portal — what the subcontractor sees
← Back to the wizard
This is the counterparty view. Most AP demos never show it, but the subcontractor's experience is what determines whether documents actually come back.

Bergen Build Co LLC has asked for your documents

Five documents, one signing session, about eight minutes. You will not need to email anything or call anyone. Your insurance broker can be added as a second signer if that is easier.

Ask your broker for the CG 20 10 and CG 20 37 endorsements naming Bergen Build Co LLC, plus waiver of subrogation and primary & non-contributory. A certificate on its own is not enough — that is the part that usually holds a first payment up.

How you get paid

Send applications to ap@bergenbuild.com. Any format — PDF, photo of a paper ticket, or your own pay-app form.

We pay on Net 30 from the billing date. New Jersey's Prompt Payment Act gives the owner thirty days and gives us ten days to pass it through to you once we are paid.

A conditional lien waiver goes out with your check. Sign and return it, and the next application clears without anyone chasing you.
